Orders are shipped by Alecrim ao Sol Lda., NIPC 517126370, based in Lisbon, Portugal, responsible for operating the Jessica Finochetti brand.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Portugal.

Delivery times, shipping costs and any fees may vary depending on the destination country.

After completing the purchase, the customer receives a confirmation email and, once the order has been shipped, also receives the tracking code (where applicable).

  • We ship our handcrafted lampshades to Europe, the United Kingdom, and South America.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be provided at checkout.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures are beyond our responsibility.

1.2. Shipments to Portugal and Europe

Shipments to European countries are made through partner carriers or postal services (CTT or equivalent).

Estimated delivery times within Europe:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 working days
  • Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 7 working days
  • European Union: 3 to 10 working days
  • Non-EU Europe: 5 to 15 working days

1.2.1. Shipments to the United Kingdom

  • They may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which must be paid by the recipient.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspection.
  • We recommend tracking your order using the tracking code provided at shipment.

1.3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.
  • On certain occasions, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns.

1.4. Order Processing

  • Each piece is handcrafted and made to order; therefore, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production before shipping.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped within the informed timeframe.

1.5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.

2.1. Return Conditions

  • Customers may request a return only if the product presents a manufacturing defect.
  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of misuse.

2.2. Return Process

  1. Please email info@jessicafinochetti.com with your order number, photos (each file must not exceed 5 MB), and a description of the defect.
  2. After review and approval, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
  3. If the defect is confirmed, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

2.3. Exchanges

If a manufacturing defect is found, the customer may choose to have the product replaced at no additional cost or to receive a refund.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Timeframe

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3.2. Exceptions

  • We do not issue refunds for products damaged by misuse or incorrect assembly.
  • Personalized products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
