Orders & Returns

1. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order is still pending, we’ll make the requested change or cancellation.
If it has already entered production or shipping, our support team will guide you through the next steps.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

3. I received a defective item. What should I do?

Please contact us through WhatsApp or email, providing your order number and describing the issue.

4. The item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?

Some pieces can be made to order or reissued in future collections.

5. Can I request gift wrapping?

Yes. All orders are shipped in carefully designed packaging, with tissue paper and our exclusive box perfect for gifting.

We accept MB WAY (Portugal only), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Cards, and PayPal.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all of Europe, the United Kingdom, and South of America.

8. Can I change the delivery address after checkout?

No. To ensure shipment security and integrity, it’s necessary to cancel and place a new order.

9. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the destination (postal code) and postal services.
You’ll receive an estimated timeframe once your order is shipped.

10. Can I send an order to another person or country?

Yes. Simply enter the correct delivery details at checkout.
